Processing related to audience measurement

Some data relating to the user’s equipment and software, which cannot lead to his identification, are collected during his visit on the public site. The sole purpose is to collect traffic statistics (navigator type, resolution, approximate location, etc.) in order to provide users with the best experience. In no case is the user’s full IP address stored. Only part of the IP address is stored so as to have overall statistics, and in no case is it possible to identify the user. These data are stored and hosted in Europe using a solution provided by a subcontractor, in particular the company Adobe Systems Inc., who, as a subcontractor, is subject to the same legal obligations regarding personal data protection, should such data be collected in the future. The duration for which the data are stored does not exceed the duration required to observe audience evolution according to the evolution of navigators, resolutions used, or any other statistical data available. The Organization in charge of the website is in charge of this processing.

Processing related to online surveys

User data are collected on a voluntary basis for the sole purpose of surveying for state administrations. In addition, technical audience measurement data are collected at the same time. The data storage duration is the duration of a survey increased by a few weeks to provide for statistical exploitation of results. These surveys are directly carried out on a subcontractor’s website, notably surveygizmo.eu which belongs to company Widgix Limited, established in the United States. Data are hosted in Europe. The company is subject to the same legal obligations in terms of personal data protection as long as the surveys are aimed at or carried out by users in the European Union. These surveys are carried out in such a way that none of the data can lead to a person’s identification. Combining technical identifier data (IP address or information regarding the user’s navigator or device) and/or data from several surveys cannot lead to identification by the subcontractor managing the platform. The Organization in charge of the website having ordered the survey is in charge of this processing and is the recipient of the data.
