The “Positive Actions” program

Positive Actions fit perfectly with our diversity goal, fostered by the very high multiculturalism in Luxembourg.

The initiative helped strengthen a number of areas of improvements which had already been identified: women’s access to high-responsibility positions; work-life balance; higher job visibility to attract female profiles.

Among the initiatives which have been concretely implemented, we have encouraged our employees to take parental leaves, and more generally, we have promoted flexwork. We have considerable increased the number of women in managing positions through promotions and recruitments. Finally, we have encouraged access to training at every hierarchy level.
Every challenge met was regularly shared with the employees so that each and every one could take part in the dynamics and the personnel delegation was a stakeholder during the biannual meetings.

Who are we?

Schroders employs 5,600 people, including 200 in Luxembourg.
We deal in asset management and help institutions, agents and private individuals in their investment strategies, in a balanced, responsible way. With 30 years of local presence, we have adapted to accompany our clients in the long term. We have a Diversity Committee which is used to exchange ideas on developing propositions and conduct inclusive initiatives.
