What can you say about joining the PA program?
Team work is essential for the foundation in order to ensure treatment continuity. Just like the rest of the “care and support” sector, women account for 90% of the personnel within its teams.
As part of “Positive Actions”, the foundation thus focused on the under-represented gender, men. However, we also made sure to distribute promotions to management positions as equally as possible between women and men and we communicated on the acceptability for men and women to benefit from parental leave and work part time.
Focus on the company
With 1,900 employees, the Stëftung Hëllef Doheem foundation is the largest home care and support network in Luxembourg. Its main goal is allowing dependant person to stay at home and have maximum autonomy and normality in their daily life. The foundation focuses on guaranteeing the best quality care and support and security.
In order to reach this goal, the foundation is also committed to staff well-being and aims at maintaining a good work environment. Considering this, the foundation’s decision to join Positive Actions was an obvious one.
