The Positive Actions program was the opportunity to further improve our employees’ work environment.

Over the last two years, AXA Luxembourg implemented 41 measures, small and large, targeting 4 scopes of action to raise awareness among employees regarding equal treatment for women and men and to implement concrete measures.
The results include being aware of our achievements and planning for continuous improvement.
