What can you say about joining the PA program?

With the help of the Positive Actions program, we implemented 10 actions for equality. We worked on job classifications with a description of tasks, and we set up a system of equal bonuses for equal base salaries. This contributes to team motivation. They can see their efforts are recognized and compensation is proportional.

In addition, we stated our desire to remain flexible in terms of parental leave and working hours, and together with our employees we try and find a good work-life balance.
Re-assessment confirmed our actions were working and are supporting team satisfaction. We find it very important for our employees to thrive in both their professional and personal lives. Positive Actions helped enhance such fulfillment.

Focus on the company

Our company includes hair salons, barbershops and a 4th generation online shop ( Today we have 13 salons and employ 170 people. In 2017, we launched an independent hairdressing academy: Hair’cademy, with 300m2 dedicated to work training. We were awarded the craft Innovation Prize for this project.
