What can you say about joining the PA program?

The aim is to build corporate culture which takes into consideration equal gender treatment as part of professional career development, decision making and private/work life reconciliation. In the short term, the “Positive Actions” project, supported by Carine Valance (HR Director), Roberta Masson (Representative for Equality) & Monica Grisales (HR Officer), helped us become aware of potential gender treatment inequalities and guide us towards an objective, impartial approach to talent management to prevent any form of discrimination.

By ensuring equal treatment of our talents and by embracing their diversity, we were able to see our competitiveness and our image improve, while boosting innovation and social responsibility and creating an inclusive work environment that’s positive for all employees. The “Positive Actions” project also focuses on the long term, with a firm commitment from the Board, promoting and raising awareness to equal treatment for men and women. We are now particularly attentive and try maximizing each individual’s potential while acknowledging his differences. In that respect, the assessment process is carried out following unambiguous criteria in order to avoid any subjectivity. We also recognize the benefits of flexibility in the working arrangements.
