Through the Positive Actions program, Brink’s supports gender equality in security jobs in terms of:

The program helped us improve corporate communication with our employees and external communication with prospective candidates. We have increased the share of women in our overall headcount and in decision-making entities.

The Brink’s Group, which was founded in Chicago in 1859, is a global leader in security services, with 67,700 employees in over 100 countries. The Brink’s Group operates in Luxembourg through 3 legal entities employing 1,000 people, and is the second largest security services group in the country:

• Brink’s Security Luxembourg S.A, founded in 1972, deals with liquidity management and security services operations,
• Brink’s Alarm and Security Technologies, founded in 2002, deals with technical services for the installation, maintenance and repair of electronic security systems and physical security equipment,
• BK Services operates in the secure storage field.
