What can you say about joining the PA program?
More than ever, we are aware of the importance of providing our employees with an inclusive work environment where skills and motivation are more important than gender, in order for everyone to give their best on a daily basis without any barriers.
Since our certification in 2018, the gender pay gap has strongly decreased. In 2020, the pay gap was reduced to 1.2%. Our executive committee is now made up of 80% women and 20% men.
We also develop increasingly adapted solutions to create a strong bond with our teams. We have created a training guide so that every individual may be informed of evolution opportunities offered to them.
Taking part in Positive Actions has been a boost to pursue our CSR policies. This year we launched an inclusion project for disabled people within our company which will be developed in the coming months.
