The Positive Actions program
The Positive Actions program encourages companies to analyze their practices.
It supports approaches promoting the development of all employees, women and men, be it to access training, promotion or work-life balance. Putting people back at the center of operations and encouraging diversity gives you the best chances of collective success.
Nearly 80 companies ranging from 30 to 4,000 employees and operating in a variety of sectors (industry, construction, trade, health, services, cleaning, insurance, finance, banking) have successfully joined the program to date. Consequently, over 51,000 employees have benefited from targeted measures to reach better gender balance in their company.
