Among the new companies honored this year are Cargolux Airlines International SA, COCOTTES, Clearstream, KPMG Luxembourg, and the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). They join a growing network of economic actors committed to promoting an inclusive and equitable work environment.
Raiffeisen Bank, already labeled in 2015 and relabeled for the first time in 2019, stands out for its ongoing commitment. By obtaining its third label in 2024, it strongly illustrates how equality and diversity can be sustainably integrated into a long-term business strategy.
These companies have developed and implemented action plans, created in close collaboration with their management, human resources, and equality representatives. Their initiatives demonstrate a collective willingness to exceed standards and establish practices that value everyone’s skills.
The Positive Actions program, launched by the ministry in 1999, is part of a voluntary approach by companies, supported by an external evaluation funded by the ministry. This evaluation identifies areas for improvement and serves as a basis for implementing tailored actions. To date, nearly 120 companies have successfully participated in the program, thereby contributing to the advancement of equality and diversity within the workplace.
